When Zhangjiajie-Jishou-Huaihua high-speed railway opened on December 6th, Miao ladies from Mayang autonomous county wore traditional clothes and decorated themselves with silver jewelriesm. They gathered on the train station and welcomed passengers with homemade alcohol beverages, which is considered a sign of hospitality. Also, passengers were greeted with local oranges that are well-known nationally.
