On the afternoon of July 10, the 2023 "China's Root-seeking Summer Camp" Hunan (Changsha) camp, sponsored by China Overseas Chinese Federation, guided by Hunan Overseas Chinese Federation, organized by Changsha Overseas Chinese Federation and Hunan Songdan Chinese Art Museum, co-organized by Zhuzhou Overseas Chinese Federation and Xiangtan Overseas Chinese Federation. Li Zuyuan, member of the Party group and vice chairman of Hunan Overseas Chinese Federation, attended, Wang Peng, second-level inspector of Hunan Culture and Tourism Department, and relevant responsible persons of Changsha Overseas Chinese Federation attended.

At the closing ceremony, teenagers from Germany, Spain, Portugal and Canada, as well as cultural messengers from local schools in Changsha, showed their learning achievements through the allegreto performance "Praising Our New Changsha", recitation performance "Your ancestors are Emperor Yan and Emperor Huang", Peking Opera performance "The Taking of Tiger Mountain", chorus performance "My Motherland and Me" and other programs. They inherit and promote Chinese culture and Hunan culture with practical actions.
