As the temperature continues to rise in Fenghuang, the eight giant pandas in the Fenghuang Chinese Giant Panda Garden are being carefully taken care of by their zookeepers. They not only have a cooler diet of bamboo and bamboo shoots, but also have "cooling tools" such as air conditioning and water pools, allowing the adorable giant pandas to enjoy a refreshing summer in "fancy" ways.
On July 25th, inside the indoor exhibition hall of the Fenghuang Chinese Giant Panda Garden, the giant pandas leisurely ate cool bamboo shoots and bamboo while enjoying the air conditioning, which made people envious. After breakfast, the giant pandas were quite active. In the water pool, they played with all kinds of “fancy” water toys, running and jumping around, and having the most fun when they soaked their whole body in the water. Playing in the water has become their favorite activity in the summer.
According to the zookeepers of Fenghuang Chinese Giant Panda Garden, giant pandas are animals that prefer cool and dislike heat. When the outdoor temperature exceeds 25 degrees Celsius, the giant pandas will enter the indoor exhibition hall. The exhibition hall is equipped with constant temperature air conditioning, and the prepared bamboo, bamboo shoots and other food are taken out of the refrigerator to ensure the food’s freshness and coolness, making the food enjoyable for the giant pandas to eat. In order to ensure the health of the giant pandas and let them have a happy summer, Fenghuang Chinese Giant Panda Garden has taken multiple measures to create the best summer conditions for the giant pandas, from the environment to the diet.
