11月3日，海归论坛十周年庆祝大会暨第十届海归论坛开幕式在长沙举行。

 On November 3rd ,the Celebration of the 10th Anniversary of the Overseas Returnee Forum and the Opening Ceremony of the 10thOverseas Returnee Forum were held in Changsha.

十载风雨同舟，十载砥砺奋进。作为致公党湖南省委会侨海工作的一项品牌，海归论坛自2014年以来，已经连续成功举办十届，论坛共邀请了4000多名留学人员、海外侨社团嘉宾走进湖南、宣传湖南，促成了64名海归博士、31个海归创业项目落地湖南。

In the past ten years, we met challenges together, worked hard, and overcame difficulties. As a brand for the Hunan Provincial Committee of Overseas Chinese work of Zhigong Party, the Overseas Returnees Forum has been successfully held for ten consecutive sessions since 2014. The Forum has invited more than 4,000 overseas students, and guests from overseas Chinese associations to visit and promote Hunan, which attracted 64 returnee doctors, and facilitated 31 returnee entrepreneurial projects to settle in Hunan.

经过十年的探索和创新，海归论坛已从最初的联谊交流活动发展成为聚焦湖南“开放崛起”战略建言献策、服务湖南对外招才引智、助力海归在湘创新创业、青年海归凝聚共识、宣传湖南开放发展、海归人才联谊交流的平台，在实现“三高四新”美好蓝图中发挥了重要作用。

After ten years of exploration and innovation, the Returnees Forum has developed from an initial network and exchange event into a platform that provides advice focusing on Hunan's Opening Up and Rising strategy, serves Hunan in recruiting talents from abroad, helps returnees innovate and start businesses in Hunan, builds consensus among young returnees, publicizes Hunan's opening up and development, and to network and exchange overseas talents, which has played an important role in realizing the blueprint for Hunan Three Highlands and Four New Missions Strategy.

为期两天的活动将开展开放兴湘海归谈、海外侨社团代表座谈会、“第十届海归论坛2023年度”“湖南省留学人员创业启动支持计划”项目选拔大赛决赛等主题活动。

The two-day event will carry out theme activities such as the Returnees Talk on Hunan opening up and development, overseas Chinese associations representatives symposium, the 10th Returnee Forum 2023, and the finals of Hunan Province Overseas Students Entrepreneurship Startup Support Plan project selection competition.
