Chinese Latiao are the rage in Korea? Recently, Chinese Latiao (A spicy flour puffed snack food) has been widely discussed on Korean social media and have become very popular in the Korean market. Besies this, many people overseas have shared videos of eating Latiao on YouTube and TikTok. 一个冷知识，辣条其实是湖南人发明的！早在1998年，由三位平江人联合制作了第一包辣条，而后推出市场。2001年，平江人开始走出湖南，冲出国门，向世界安利湖南美食辣条。

But did you know? Latiao was actually invented in Hunan, back onto 1998, by three Pingjiang people who jointly made the first packet of Latiao, which was then launched on the market. In 2001, Pingjiang people began to go out of Hunan, to the whole country, Latiao enterprise blossomed everywhere!
