10月19日上午，博鳌亚洲论坛全球经济发展与安全论坛首届大会——民以食为天：粮食安全的“内外兼修”分论坛在长沙举行。

从农场到餐桌，从种子、化肥、农药到食品添加剂，“舌尖上的安全”关乎民众福祉。粮食问题不仅仅是经济问题,更是政治问题。一直以来，长沙把保障粮食安全放在突出位置,牢牢守住粮食安全这一底线。同时，全面实施“藏粮于地、藏粮于技”战略，坚守耕地红线，严格遏制耕地“非农化”“非粮化”。

On the morning of October 19, the sub-forum "Bread is the staff of life: Overall improvement of food security" of the Boao Forum for Asian Forum on global economic development and security was held in Changsha.

From farm to table, from seeds, fertilizers, pesticides to food additives, food security is closely related to the well-being of the people. The food issue is not only an economic issue, but also a political issue. For a long time, Changsha has put food security in a prominent position and firmly guarded food security. At the same time, Changsha fully implement the food crop production strategy which based on the farmland management and technological application , enhance the protection of cropland,and resolutely stop any attempts to use it for purposes other than agriculture and specifically grain production.
