On May 30, Hunan Overseas Chinese Federation carried out the activity of popularizing the law into the community in Dongtang Community, Yuhua District, Changsha City, to publicize legal knowledge, promote the construction of the rule of law, and unite, contact and serve the broad masses of the people represented by the overseas Chinese community with practical actions.

This law popularization activity focused on the "one law, two measures", the Civil code and the prevention of electronic fraud related to overseas Chinese. It set up seven sections including riddle pavilion, legal consultation, calligraphy display, policy consultation, anti electronic fraud publicity, and on-site law popularization publicity, to further promote the study and publicity of overseas Chinese law in a way popular with the masses, and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of overseas Chinese and their families, Forming a strong atmosphere of "knowing overseas Chinese laws, safeguarding overseas Chinese rights, using overseas Chinese laws, and protecting overseas Chinese interests".
