7月7日以来，湖南省娄底市双峰县40万亩早稻陆续成熟。

Since July 7，400,000 mu of early rice have been ripening in Shuangfeng County,Loudi City,Hunan province.

种粮户抢抓农时积极组织机械进行开镰收割，田间地头一片繁忙景象。

Grain farmers have seized the valuable farming time to run machine for harvesting. What a busy scene in the fields!

7月8日，在种粮大户左香吾的早稻田里，大型收割机正在田间来回作业。

On July 8, in the grain farmer Zuo Xiangwu’s early rice fields, large-scale harvester is working back and forth in the field.

伴随着轰隆隆的机器声,稻穗现场被切割、脱粒、粉碎还田,稻谷“收入囊中”。

Accompanied by the rumbling machine sound, the ears of rice are cut, threshed and crushed on site and returned to the field. Rice is "in the bag".

双峰县通过推进高标准农田建设，大力推广农业种植机械化,及时发放惠农资金等方式,多措并举,筑牢粮食安全底线。

In order to build a solid food security bottom line, Shuangfeng County implemented multiple measures,including promoting the construction of high-standard farmland,  publicizing the mechanization of agricultural cultivation and distribution of funds for agricultural benefits.

今年，全县粮食播种面积稳中有增。

This year, the county's grain sowing area has increased steadily.

截至7月8日，双峰县已完成粮食播种面积117.77万亩,超额完成省市分配的全年目标任务。

As of July 8, Shuangfeng County has completed the grain sowing area of 1,177,700 mu, exceeding the provincial and municipal allocations of the annual target task.
