On June 29, Loudi City's first new overseas Chinese innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was held in Rende School, Loudi Economic Development District. Mr. Ao Wenan, deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, attended and presented awards to the winners.

The competition was guided by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, the United Front Work Department of the Municipal Party Committee, and jointly organized by the Talent Office of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Federation of Overseas Chinese, the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, aiming to further build an innovation and entrepreneurship platform for the new generation of overseas Chinese around the world, encourage new overseas Chinese and overseas returnees to come to Lou to innovate and start businesses, and add new momentum to promote the construction of an innovative city in Loudi. A total of 14 high-quality projects, covering advanced manufacturing, new material research and development, new energy development, agricultural services and other fields, invited Loudi employment and entrepreneurship research and guidance experts, scholars and industry leaders of relevant competent departments to serve as judges, from the project innovation, economic benefits, social benefits, promotion and replicability of 4 aspects of the score.
