在邵阳市隆回县，有一处秘境，属高寒山区，有湖南“小西藏”之称；

In Longhui County, Shaoyang City, there is a secret paradise located in a high-altitude mountainous area known as the “Little Tibet of Hunan”.

秘境中有一支瑶族，挑花技艺异常精湛，服饰艳丽、如明媚盛放的山花，故称为花瑶。

Within this paradise lives a Yao ethnic group known for their exceptionally skilled cross-stitch workmanship. And their clothes are as vibrant as the blooming mountain flowers. So, this group is called “Hua Yao”. (“Hua” in Chinese means flowers)

这里就是“中国花瑶之乡”——虎形山瑶族乡。

And this place is known as the “Homeland of Hua Yao” - the Tiger-Shaped Mountain Yao Village.

花瑶风景名胜区平均海拔1300多米，夏季平均气温20℃，是避暑游玩的好去处。

此地民族特色浓郁，承袭着最为古朴纯真的民俗与民风。

花瑶族视树为神，上千棵千年古树矗立于崇木凼村。
