长沙花鼓戏《火宫殿》以上世纪四十年代末的长沙为背景，讲述了市井小民姜三爹将臭豆腐带进火宫殿的故事。剧情围绕姜三爹展开，通过描绘火宫殿的小摊小贩和小吃，塑造了正直、诚信、勤劳、善良、富有爱心的百姓形象。

Changsha Flower Drum Opera Huogong Palace is set in Changsha in the late 1940s. It tells the story of Jiang Sandie, a common man who brought stinky tofu into the Huogong Palace. The plot revolves around Jiang Sandie. By depicting the vendors and snacks in the Huogong Palace, the opera shows a group of upright, honest, hard-working, kind and loving people.
