我现在在第四届中国-非洲经贸博览会湘潭中部国际机械园工程机械再制造展的现场。这几天，这里就像一个国际社区，来自阿尔及利亚、突尼斯、赞比亚、中非等39个非洲国家和国际组织的国际友人，在这里寻找到新的合作机遇。

Right now, I’m at the Remanufacturing Exhibition for Construction Machinery at Xiangtan Central International Machinery Park, part of the 4th China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo. These past few days, this place has felt like an international community, with friends from 39 African countries and international organizations—such as Algeria, Tunisia, Zambia, and the Central African Republic—gathering here to seek new opportunities for cooperation.

工程机械再制造，是利用激光熔覆、绿色清洗等先进技术，对二手工程机械设备进行修复和改造，让它们焕然一新。工程机械再制造设备的成本只有新产品的50%，还可节约能源60%，节省材料70%，减少污染物排放80%以上。

Construction machinery remanufacturing refers to using advanced technologies like laser cladding and green cleaning to repair and refurbish used construction machinery, giving it a new lease on life. The cost of remanufactured machinery is only about 50% of that of new equipment, while saving 60% in energy consumption, 70% in material usage, and reducing pollutant emissions by over 80%.

湘潭是毛泽东的故乡，也是一座在工程机械领域底蕴深厚的城市，拥有近40家工程机械再制造及维修企业。经历长期发展，湘潭中部国际机械园已初步形成包括工程机械内外贸、再制造生产、后市场服务的产业生态。

Xiangtan, the hometown of Chairman Mao Zedong, is also a city with a rich foundation in the field of construction machinery. It is home to nearly 40 enterprises engaged in the remanufacturing and repair of construction machinery. After years of development, the Xiangtan Central International Machinery Park has gradually built an industrial ecosystem that integrates domestic and international trade, remanufacturing production, and aftermarket services.

目前，园区已有39家贸易企业、120余家零配件商入驻。这里的再制造设备及零配件，因质量好、价格合适、服务周到、管卖也管修，卖到了非洲、东南亚、中亚、中东、南美等地区的30多个国家，出口额每年增长50%以上。

Currently, the park has attracted 39 trade companies and over 120 spare parts suppliers. Thanks to their high quality, competitive pricing, attentive service, and comprehensive sales and repair offerings, the remanufactured equipment and spare parts from this park are now sold to over 30 countries across Africa, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East, and South America, with exports growing by more than 50% annually.

2024年，湘潭中部国际机械园再制造设备交易量超6000台次，交易额达12亿元，近三年增速均为50%以上。预计到2026年底，湘潭工程机械再制造产业产值规模将达50亿元以上。

In 2024, the park’s transaction volume of remanufactured machinery exceeded 6,000 units, with a transaction value reaching 1.2 billion yuan. Over the past three years, the growth rate has remained above 50%. By the end of 2026, the output value of Xiangtan’s construction machinery remanufacturing industry is expected to surpass 5 billion yuan.

本次工程机械再制造展展区总面积达30万㎡，中心展区设有综合展示馆、工程机械整机馆、铲运机械馆，充分展示工程机械再制造改革成果和中部国际机械园的产业生态。

This Remanufacturing Exhibition covers a total area of 300,000 square meters. The central exhibition area features a comprehensive exhibition hall, a construction machinery hall, and a loader machinery hall, fully showcasing the achievements of construction machinery remanufacturing reform and the industrial ecosystem of the Central International Machinery Park.

展会还吸引了一批专注于工程机械再制造零部件生产、技术研发的配套企业参展，展品覆盖工程机械整机再制造、零部件修复、再制造工艺技术等全产业链领域，全方位展示工程机械再制造产业的发展成果与未来趋势。

The exhibition has also attracted numerous supporting enterprises specializing in the production of remanufactured machinery parts and technology research and development. Exhibits span the entire industry chain, including remanufactured machinery, parts repair, and remanufacturing process technologies, comprehensively demonstrating the achievements and future trends of the construction machinery remanufacturing industry.
